The Dallas Holocaust Museum/Center for Education and Tolerance is located in the West End Historic District of downtown Dallas at 211 North Record Street, Suite 100. The entrance is on the north-east side of the building on the first floor of the building.
Group tours must be scheduled in advance. Tours of the exhibit are self-guided using digital Audio Guides, which are included in the price of admission. The audio guides are in English and Spanish (adjusted by the receptionist). Your visit can last from 30 minutes to over two hours, depending on personal interest.
Many of our Holocaust Survivors are active volunteers who enjoy sharing their personal stories with groups, particularly students. Since they are volunteers, we cannot guarantee a speaker, but every effort will be made to accommodate the group's needs. Please let the tour coordinator know at the time of booking if you would like to include a speaker.
